Yes, I know my email address and still have access to the email account.
No, I don't have access to that email account anymore.
- If you do not have access to your email account and are unable to login to your account, you will need to create a new account.
- When creating a new account, you can use the same personal profile information, EXCEPT you must use a new unique email address and user id.
- Create New Education Identity & Access Management (EDIAM) Account
The above options are not helping, and I would like some further help.
- For security reasons, Helpdesk does not have access to your password.
- For security reasons, Helpdesk will not be able to change an email address on an existing Education Identity & Access Management (EDIAM) account.
